1. Avoid Carbohydrates 



Carbohydrates does not help in muscle bulking or gaining weight or gaining muscle.It is generally use for increasing energy.Carbohydrates is like a fuel for human body. If you gain more carbohydrates then carbohydrates convert into extra or additional fats. This fats was not good for health.
But Carbohydrates help to lift heavyweight.

2. Don't Avoid Fats 




Fats are one of the most important thing to do Bulking.In modern times , some builder fully ignore fats.But fats is one of the most important thing to do body building.If u want to start body building then fats are very important.Fats helps in increasing the body weight very fastly. 50% muscle damage or muscle breakdown is recover by fats.that is why fats are very important

3. Continue Same Diet - 



          If you are not getting any result then Change your programs or diet.And Also Change Exercise pattern.

If you are not getting any result then Increase Protein in your Diet.And Also Increase Fats Then Your body properly bulk. 

After Increasing Fats And Protein in diet if result are not seen go to carbohydrates Diet
