This food items are fill with sugar they are useful for childs but not useful for any adults or bodybuilders.This food items are generally rap by a particular papers. This paper are maintain food freshness. Which is not good for health.

3. KETCHUP, BBQ SOUCE , MAYO

 They  use some dangerous chemicals to maintains food freshness. This chemicals are very dangeorous  for health
